Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. Though, I’m really not sure if you can call it a holiday, but it sure as hell feels like one. It is also one of the most hypocritical holidays too. Parents teach their children to never take candy from strangers, and today is the day when children to go nearly every house on their block to get candy from strangers. Oh well, it’s well worth it. I haven’t encountered any rapists…yet.

It’s nice that the school acknowledges Halloween by giving us most of the day off. I was lucky enough to get away with wearing my costume for most of the day as well; only two teachers asked me to take off my ninja (shirt) mask. Who was I you ask? Why, Mr. Ninja CEO of Killing of course! I’ll have pictures up a bit later. I hope I don’t forget.

It seems that people are getting smarter now. Remember the good ‘ole days where you could walk up to a front porch, find a bowl of candy and a hand written sign saying “Take One Please.” You would stand there with your friends and laugh heartily for a good two minutes before you took the whole fucking thing like the greedy bastards you really are. I’ll never forget the year that my friend took the whole thing, bowl included. He still has that bowl…I think. Yeah, those were good times. It seems that people are getting smarter, and are actually sitting there. Watching. As if we’re criminals. Ugh, what kind of world do we live in now?

Unfortunately, I started to trick-or-treat a little towards the back end of prime time (between 7PM and 9PM). That’s okay though, one house seemed to be extra generous, encouraging their kids with calls of “Give them more!” and “Handfuls!” Who was I to deny it?

In other news, I ordered my G1 about a week ago. I’m not really sure what is going on with UPS, but it seems to be stuck in the “In Transit” status, and has been for about 3 days now. I’m starting to get worried that it got lost, or worse, stolen. Though, the latter seems pretty far fetched. This sucks because that means I have to call TMobile and tell them to send me another one. Either that, or refund me. Ugh, I hate dealing with customer service reps. Well, once I have my hands on the phone, I’ll be sure to post a review.
